I found everything easily except 1 item. I asked an employee for directions, went straight to it. Checkout wasn't too crowded, went quickly & smoothly.
When talking about customer service and quality Publix has the best of both worlds and this Publix is a shiny example and now is my home store! Best deals anywhere for consistently providing great value when it comes to BOGO purchases. If fact they still are able to make money through their purchasing power. The only reason I no longer have them as a 5 star is because for some reason Publix no longer has a policy of ordering specific products if you request them understandably though!

We're preparing for hurricane Irma and they are keeping there shelves stocked. And the Associates were very helpful and patient. We have a Wal Mart about 6 mile from where we live and there shelves were bare.
I was very upset with my trip to this publix today ...I went to checkout early this morning and there was a young boy tring to by a birthday balloon and a card..he was having issues using the card do to the chip being messed up and the older man "cashier" just sat there and said nothing so me having retail background I advised him to try and see if it would allow him to swipe ..as he tried I asked cashier if there system allowed that and he looked at me and and said idk it's his card he should know how to use it ..and this really upset me ..not only was it a kid but customer service is part of his job and instead of trying to help him he just suspended or canceled the transaction and sent him to customer service and mumbled under his breath ..I feel this was very rude and I hope it gets adreesed ..other than that store was clean and had a nice flower selection
