I had Saturday afternoon to get a storage unit from them for a last minute move, as they were closed on Sunday. But the units were accessible 24-7 so I could move my items the next day, before I flew across the country 6am Monday morning. I called ahead to confirm hours and get directions before I headed over to sign the papers, and they were only a few minutes away. I told them I was on my way, & would be there in just a few minutes. This was about 3:45 pm. I get there in about 5 minutes, only to find a sign on the door saying "Closed, be back at 4:40" !!!! Wtf?? My friend had agreed to give me a ride there on their way to an appointment, which would not be over until shortly before 5pm, which was when they closed! Totally screwed. I left a message stating since I had said I would be there within minutes and then found them closed during normal hours without warning, that I expected them to make accommodations to stay open a few extra minutes so I could sign papers for a unit before they were closed for the weekend. No one called me back. I called as soon as the appointment was over, but no one answered. Thanks jerks, your horrible customer service just lost you a ready customer, and thanks to it I am now I am completely screwed as to moving my things into a storage unit before Monday morning. I have no idea what to do.
